Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

Return  Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not sent a product back without contacting us first. If your return is accepted , we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages,Defective, or incorrect items 
Please inspect your order when you receive it .If you item arrives damaged or defective , or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello@velouraair.shop so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item or color, please contact us . The fastest way to receive another item is to return the original item after your return has been approved and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return , we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved , your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund .
